The Electric Scroll is dedicated to the idea of green publishing. We keep auto emissions low by not maintaining a physical presence in a snooty office; all of our employees and contractors work from their homes. This also gives them more time to spend with their families. Additionally, we save as much plant life as possible by not printing out multiple copies of manuscripts. All editing is done electronically, and other than proof copies of print books, no trees or other vegetation are harmed in the production process.
We also reduce our carbon footprint by limiting in-person meetings and communicating primarily through email or occasionally by phone.
